ESD Carpet Tile Is Easy to Install & Maintain
Our ESD Carpet Tile is the highest quality Static Control Carpet. Easily installed and grounded, cleaning is a snap- no antistat sprays needed to retain its ESD performance. The beauty of our ESD Carpet Tile is more than skin deep, it creates a continuous plane of conductivity across the entire floor for ultimate static protection.
Economical
Our ESD Carpet Tile costs less to install and maintain than broadloom products. In a typical broadloom installation, yards of carpet are lost when the carpet is measured and cut. Modular ESD carpet tiles, measuring 24” x 24”, can be installed with minimal waste, providing enough cost savings to make the tiles competitive in price to broadloom carpet.
Damaged tiles can also be easily removed and reinstalled in small sections, for further savings in maintenance and replacement costs.
Our Modular ESD carpet is also less expensive than conductive hard surface floors. Because there is no need for expensive conductive waxes or rejuvenators, maintenance is less than half the cost of other ESD flooring products.
Versatile
You can install our ESD Carpet Tiles over existing floors for an attractive, uniform look. Roller Caster Electrical Test Proven
ESD carpet tile works where you need it the most: Right under your rolling chairs.
A rigorous test designed to simulate real-world conditions, this test will tell you whether a carpet will retain its electrical properties after it has been exposed to a year or two of chairs rolling over the floor. Rolling casters can destroy or mash the carbon fibers in some conductive carpeting resulting in failed electrical performance and can turn a once conductive product into an insulator.
Discovery and Conductor Series carpet have been tested for resistance to chair caster abuse. After 100,000 chair caster cycles there was no depreciable change in conductivity or electrical performance.
